I have neither the space nor the money for an actual baby grand. I have been debating, for about a year, about whether or not to purchase this....

I've played it locally, tested it out. I used to scoff at digital pianos as being "keyboards" and ergo, not worth my notice. But baby, they've come a long way. It's a neat, simple solution especially when you are crunched for space, since it can be put in the closet or under the bed (unlike any upright or grand!) It sounds good.... it's never going to feel under the fingers like a real piano, but if you can get past that, you might like the model. It also never needs tuning, isn't subject to the same sorts of environmental restrictions to which a "real" piano is subject.
Welcome back. :)
