Well, there are non-Christians who are interested in anthropology, cleverness, and stories. It's true I probably wouldn't have the full understanding of the subtleties of the biblical references like some Bible scholars, or any kind of biblical appreciation, but you know that doesn't necessarily mean that the story has some universal human appeal. I mean, you do revere Joseph Campbell so I think you know that. :-) ~Hallie

"It’s a two-way dialogue (three-way if you count God, which I do)."

That's exactly why I think that, every time I have sex, it's a three-way.

Stan, this may be far afield, but perhaps part of the problem is that, especially over the last 20 years, you're competing with an apostate church. So many of our churches are now entertainment centers, that people need not go past their Sunday sermon to find heretical, revisionist versions of the Bible. So perhaps, just perhaps doing the same in a theater is becoming redundant.
Now, a true to the Bible account of say ... oh I don't know ... John the Baptist and Jesus -- now that would turn heads!
