Oh Snap, indeed! Looks like a cracked out "The Office". Wiseau has short hair (yay?) but it looks like a wig at the same time.

At least he didn't do everything possible on this film. There was room for others on the credits list. But then again, this one doesnt look as great as "The Room" and it clearly doesn't have the passion of Tennessee Williams.

Yeah, it seems like if Wiseau is going to be involved, you might as well just let him do his thing. He's going to run it into the ground no matter what, so you just gotta roll with it and hope that it's an amazing, Hindenburg-style crash (with the passion of Tennessee Williams) like The Room.

Whoops, this is Alex, btw. Forgot to log out of J's account, and I'm too lazy to do it even now that I know.

Yeah, and they even kinda managed to screw that up! I feel like the effect is applied too lightly, so it almost just looks like a really shitty quality jpeg instead of a water color filtered one.

Also, did the horrible resizing of cast images on the main page make you laugh/cry too?

man, what a great looking website. and if the trailer's any indication, he seems to have kept the same ace editor from The Room. the only bummer is that wiseau is a racist.

haha I hadn't noticed that Branden Kong and Jason Azali, aka the Asian guy and the black guy, didn't get included on the website. I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to, but if it is, good eye.

Yes, given the acting, writing, set, etc., the fact that the poor editing managed to be one of the first things to stick out to me is truly a testament the editor's skills. Kudos to that guy.

Also, although things like the arbitrary resizing of images on the main page may mystify me, you may notice that the title of the website is "This Web site coming soon." So although I may think there are things to criticize about the website, there is, in fact, NO WEBSITE THERE AT ALL.

Haha. I was referring to Kong/Azali (aka Asian/Black) having to share a title card/title shot, whereas all the white folks got their own. But your observation makes it all the more plain.

Hopefully Wiseau's fountain of money stays geyser-like, giving me more material for Act Naturally: The Tommy Wiseau Story. Although if The Neighbors becomes the next Cheers, he might not need anything else.

"What a day." indeed.
