happy birthday to me....
yesterday was the most un-birthday like day ever. it sort of felt like the simpsons episode where lisa has her birthday and everyone else is out (possibly the episode with michael jackson and the mental institution). the one where she sings to herself in a heartbroken voice "happy birthday oh unloved middle child...." ok, it wasn't as bad as

i didn't know it was your birthday (therefore it wasn't me who called) but happy birthday, in a belated sort of way! things are marching along here and dave and i have moved into our new place with our kitties and stuff... and that's all. even though i'm not working i feel like i'm crazy busy. i'd love to know how your preparations are going for the big trip...
