...so I got my review a few days ago. It was bullshit. They dinged me on not emailing all 50 customers every day because I spend 12-14 hours a day driving all over Sorrento Valley picking up, imaging, upgrading, repairing and delivering computers and because I didn't take enough online training courses. Shitty raise, shitty bonus, shitty stock

Have you signed you review yet? If not, partially agree to it instead of agreeing. Then you can discuss the issue with HR.

Yeah, I signed it. You can't win. If you don't sign it there is a laborious process, management doesn't budge and you're terminated. If you somehow manage not to get the boot, you're red-flagged for life.

One of my co-workers who busts ass; is a 5.0 all around in merit, only got a 2% increase and 100 stock options. One of his peers who doesn't do shit, got the same increase, but 500 stock options.

That stinks.

Sucks when management plays favorites instead of doing what they should.
I only got 1.5% for a raise, but of course I was only here for 2 months out of the review period too.

Maybe things will go better next time.

And you wouldn't get the boot or red flagged, just ask Kevin A., he's done it a couple times as has friend of mine that transferred to Media Flo. And FTR, Jim told Kevin to make it partially agree.
