I came to work for my employer in April. They are a contract company for the federal government. Shortly afterwards they put someone over me that I feel isn’t as qualified as I am. I am a Paralegal/Legal Assistant II. I have approximately four years of experience, an associates degree in paralegal technology, and my Certified Legal Assistant

Im sorry you are having such a hard time with that company. Ive never heard of a company that sends out unsigned checks. Thats so ridiculous. I hope it gets straigtened out for you soon!!

Sounds to me like you are getting the "run-around".
There's no excuse for having an unsigned check - it's almost like they're trying to buy themselves time.

Yeah... I feel like I am discriminated against because of my young age sometimes... also because I don't have a degree yet, they treat me like I'm dumb or undermine my intelligence... I'm not saying I'm the smartest person in the world but I feel that I'm probably more intelligent than some people at my work with degrees, you know? So I guess it goes both ways. I am really sorry for what has happened lately w/your check & hope it gets resolved soon. My work has also janked me around in the past over a bonus.
