So hearing you talk about Mt. Fuji totally reminded me of the book I'm reading and how I thought as I was reading that you would really like it. I don't know if you've already read it...it's Three Cups of Tea

Anyway, I'm totally jealous that you are getting to see stuff that I will probably never have the chance to see...lucky bastard.

Two things:

First off, no, I have not read that book but it will probably end up on my ever growing list of books I need to read. That is one list that... I hope to never finish. I suppose its one of the only things I can say that to... but yes, the book will be and has been added to my list.

Secondly, if you want to see these things it's just a matter of doing it. It takes some work of course, and it takes planning, but if you want to see someplace in the world, and I know there are many places you want to see, then it just takes a bit of work. Seriously, if I can do it anyone can. So let's hear a bit of enthusiasm and just say that I got to see them first.
