1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before? scuba dived (dove?)
2. Did you keep your New Years resolutions, and will you make more for next year? no and no
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? nope =(. I love babies.
4. Did anyone close to you die? my great aunt, but I only met her about 4 times.
5. What countries did you visit? Bahamas
6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004? patience, an idea about my future, calmness when facing daily life's problems
7. What date(s) from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory and why? July 19, the last day I saw Maia before she moved, April 8, my 15th birthday, July 11, Mike's 16th birthday, May 22, HFStival, December 4, HFSmas, September 7, the first day of school, October 12, when I got my permit, and December 24, our one year anniversary
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? getting the balls, figuratively, to drop swimming and AYP and start crew (out of my comfort zone), my grades, attempts to be slower to anger, being one half of a open, loving pair
9. What was your biggest failure? my own self image, thinking I was disgusting at times, letting some of my close friendships take the sidelines
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? only minor bruises and bumps
11. What was the best thing you bought? my iPod, but it was a gift
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? um...my friends'? Mike's?
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? half the world's
14. Where did most of your money go? clothes...clothes....eating out too much
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? our anniversary, not being a freshman, the Atlanta trip, the beach trip that never happened in the end
16. What song will always remind you of 2004? American Idiot by Greenday...not that I like or agree with it, but it seemed to sum up a lot of what was going on in the world
17. Compared to this time last year, are you happier or sadder? happier for the most part

18. What do you wish you'd done more of? loving myself and others, being patient, listening to and surrounding myself with music

28. What did you want and get? an iPod, my permit, a Coach bag
29. What did you want and not get? world peace!!! Seriously? can't think of anything...more friend time
30. What was your favorite film of this year? The Ladykillers, Anchorman, Ray, Kill Bill 2
31. What did you do on your birthday? went into the Inner Harbor and the aquarium
32. What one thing would have made your year more satisfying? expanding my friend circle more
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004? Express...more colorful but still pretty classic, jeans and nice shirts
34. What kept you sane? my friends, Mike, pedicures
35. Which celebrity did you fancy the most? fancy? =P probably Davey, though FF's lead is pretty damn hot as well
36. What political issue stirred you the most? gay marriage
37. Who did you miss? Ellen and all my camp girls!
38. Who was the best new person you met? didn't really meet anyone that new, became closer with Leslie, my black day buddy!
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2004. Just let go and trust people sometimes, it'll usually work out and it's not the end of the universe if it fucks itself up.
