I am glad to hear that your excursion was scenic and not scary. Additionally, an extremely belated happy birthday, which would have been said in a timely manner if my internet access had not ceased for 3 or so weeks.

Thanks for the belated birthday wishes! I kind of like late birthday greetings because they spread out the celebration. I'm glad that you've got internet access again.
