notes: this is for kyuppuccino who apparently has magical powers. Prompts were 'angsty and desperate but happy ending'. I...don't even know. AU, and illogical, being as I imagined this in the 1800's. 1800's England.

Awwwww!!! Yay! 'With all my love' is what I thought Mi was gonna write before he put 'With warmest affection'. Glad to see though that they are not gonna give up on what they have, though little it may be. That IS love. ♥♥♥

I have a vague feeling that there are not enough comments to this story. This fic is precious, thank you very much! It's almost impossible to find such a laconic AU story that gives perfectly full and vivid picture of feelings, relationships, emotions. And, somehow, it still keeps both Kyuhyun and Mimi in character (at least, as I see them). So many emotions, so much love radiates from every word describing Zhou Mi, but it still Kyuhyun who takes responsibility and courage to make the hardest step.
Now I'm sorry if I made too many spells (or did not make sense at all), because when I comment to such great stories I easily get carried away and my faily English leaves me for good =)

Here: Zhou Mi keeps a box, fairly small in size, and entirely devoid of any pattern or engravings ; here - Zhou Mi traces the letters with a finger, ; here: is so vivid and stirring that Zhou Mi feels himself close to being washed away in a wave of poignant emotion. ; and here: He has a feeling, a tiny little twinge, like an unseen splinter within him, . Your words, phrases, how you connect them and idek write them, they're just beautiful. It's absolutely wonderful reading it, knowing that this is someone who actually has a control on their language, as if it's carefully planned and worded just to draw out that perfect amount out of emotion from the reader - it's stunning.
I absolutely adored this, and I'm definitely going to be coming back to read it again (and again) :)
