I spammed it around quite a lot, and still do it now actually. Just in as many promo communities as I could find...surprisingly, people actually look at them. I also threatened the members to promote in the early days.
I think the fact that the community starts with a '0' helps as well, I didn't do it on purpose, but if you search for 'rating communities' as an interest, because of the 0 it's practically at the top of the list.
