OMG thankyou for uploading this! I'm going to go play it on my piano as soon as I manage to print it out! But I can't seem to download the mp3 music for some reason. Would you mind uploading on, like, YSI or something? I'll heart you forever!!!!!

Ooh! I shall snag both. I am rusty as hell at reading music, but hopefully I can make use of them. ^_^ Shall be fun to poke at my piano after all this time.

Thank you!

These sound very nice. I've never heard the original Shinken, but White Line's melody seems very well done. However, some of the rhythm is a bit weird. Several times, I found myself wondering if the original White Line's notes had those strange cut-offs. Some notes feel like they should be long, but they're made short. Or is that just the recording?

On the topic of the recording, is that you playing? If it is, I have a bit of advice: don't emphasize the left-hand harmony so much. And your faster sections are very nicely played, but the slower parts are very strangely accented.

Er, sorry for the lecture. You don't have to pay attention to me.

Why not add values for quarter notes to Shinken? I would suggest fancy musical terms to add, but... I forgot them all. Turns out seven years of piano does NOT mean you automatically know the stupid terms.

Yeah, I know the rhythm's a bit off... Sigh.

Err, both? (I'd ask you which parts, but it's hard to pinpoint anything like this, hahah--so are such glitches scattered all over, or are mostly in the first/middle/last part?)

And no, that wasn't me playing. That's Finale Songwriter playing for me. =P (And truth to tell, I actually sometimes have the same problem when I play, hahah.)

Lol. I don't know terms either. Except for ritardando and crescendo and decrescendo. And a couple of tempo titles like Allegretto and Allegro and Moderato and Misterioso.
I have about nine years of piano, but I'm still grade two in the Michael Aaron piano course. How pathetic can that be? XD

PS// Thanks for the comment, btw. Appreciate it~

I just mean the song sounds like the ending notes of each phrase are staccato (spelling?) and accented, which the aren't... I think? I wasn't looking at the music while I was listening, but I took a peek later and the marks aren't there. So I think the curious emphasis is from the recording.

...I don't even know if the short notes are wrong. It just sounds choppy.

I don't know if that's pathetic or not. Never really followed a course. Instead, I'm stuck playing large amounts of Mozart, Beethoven, and Chopin.

You're welcome.
