That's awesome. A but load of firsts and all that jazz. Did your power go out at all? Ours was out for about 10 and a half hours. Yeah our power went out before you even wrote this entry...

*hugs*

first dates are so good at making you a rattling case of emotions. but so worth it. and I am a firm believer in the fact that everything happens for a reason. maybe your reason is to help bring hope to someone. give it a chance and hon, just let your life move extra fast for awhile. it's this crazy whirlwhind of emotions, but you look back and you're like... man, that was awesome. :)

good luck with everything, I wanna hear all about it. I have lots of advice on this type stuff so if you need me, you know where to find me!

*should* be one of your favorite movies... moonriver7 June 2 2004, 16:04:57 UTC
breakfast at tiffany's is one of my faves, not only because of miss audrey, because of the message. holly was all alone- she went out with "rats" and "super-rats" because they were cheap thrills. she treated herself like property (not in a prostitute- like way) and just was a robot. but then paul came along and loved her for who she was. he told her that even though she referred to herself as a "free spirit," she was actually in a cage. she made herself a cage and shut herself away from her feelings, and from love and happiness... but he told her that love isn't a trap. love isn't slavery- love is actually freedom. wonderful movie. especially the kiss in the rain. ;-)

*EEEEK!* if u don't update this thing soon about that date imma have to run down to thomas' house and make HIM tell me all about it..now we really wouldn't want a man telling me how the date went, would we?? I have figured this out..When men tell stories they do not go into detail. They simply state the facts as simply as they can and thats the end of the story. HoWeVeR, when a woman tells a story every detail must be proclaimed. GIVE ME THE 411, CHICA!!!
