I'm going to try to document my baking. I'm trying not to do it as much, since it's hard to find people to eat it (I KNOW, right??) but I might as well virtually share my treats, right?

So today was Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Chese frosting.

I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed those. They look delicious.

Also, pastry bags are a pain to figure out. I know they give great results once you get it, but until then...gah.

I think my problem was not folding down the bag enough when loading the icing in. I will know for next time!
