People have been hoping i would update soon, but I don't think this is what anyone wanted to hear. It's been a rough week at our house, as both Star and Sweetpea have passed over the rainbow bridge. We are so so sorry. To lose both so close together must be unbearable.

We always enjoyed hearing about their antics, and in a way as with all our LJ community, they felt like "our" buns too. Take comfort from their long, happy lives.

Thank you Bibi. It's weird having the gate down because I still look for them to come bounding out into the hallway... and last night getting ready for work I kept thinking I had to feed them. :(

I just wanted to let you know that Star & Sweetpea are both settling in very well at the Rainbow Bridge, Star is still trying to look after Sweetpea even though She is now bounding about like a bun possessed! I am certain that they are both going to be very happy here.

Thank you Dandy! I miss them but know it was their time, especially Sweetpea. Hopefully he has met up with Jazz and all our old buns are happily hopping about together and eating lots of great greens!

This is so very sad to hear.

We lost Bella & Greta within a few weeks of each other and were heart-broken, so we only begin to feelhow you must feel.

Thank you! It's very odd being without them, and pets in general haven't been absent from me in a few decades and even the times without were measured in days or weeks. But for now I think I will let it go for awhile. Losing HoneyBee last year and these two so close, well I think it will take some time. Besides I have such wonderful bunny friends!
