plus and minus

+for the first time in three days we have heat
- everyone at work got yelled at for "excessive talking"
+violet was adorable when i came home for lunch
- my lentil soup from trader joe's wasn't very good, so i'm eating a handful of chocolate chips and some yogurt for lunch
- i'm having a very PMSy day.  i just feel down.
+ new knitty up.  really like it

Now if the ladies have PMSy days, what do the guys have? I get down, real down, on about a weekly basis. But alas, I have no cycle to blame.

Actually, your hormones cycle every three hours or something.

All I could find out was that testosterone is higher in the morning than in the afternoon, but only slightly.
