היום בדרך לאוניברסיטה, עם אוזניות על הראש, המבט על הרצפה והאצבעות שלי תחובות בתוך התיק-חסר-הקרקעית שלי, מנסות למצוא את כפתור הווליום של הדיסקמן, הופתעתי לגלות שני דברים:

1. שהדיסקמן שלי נשבר והאצבעות המגששות שלי התחילו לעשות סקרצ'ינג לדיסק.
2. שהרגע התנגשתי חזיתית במנוף מלא זפת של בולדוזר ונפלתי על הקרקע בעוד שיני שוקלות האם ישתלם להן להתנתק מהלסת

wow. that web site is helping out a lot. i wrote the school and they are sending me a packet in the mail. i reallyreallyreally want to go. do they look at your high school grades or do you have to take a test? like. how do they accept you?

and when you write me back, tell me the bulldozer story in english, i'm really interested.

i'm sorry, i'm so overwhelmed with homework i could barely touch a computer. i just logged on to tell the world i've managed to hit my head on a bulldozer on the way to uni and i'm about to die from brain damage. so i'll answer you later on tonight when i'll (hopefully) finish all my french essays. argh. BUT! your journal is one of the few i've been reading!

Wow, thanks! That link really helped a lot, it answered a lot of my questions, but I still don't understand how to get accepted into the school. Like.. Do they look at your high school grades or do you have to take a test? I'm confused.

Aw Shira, you have no clue how badly I want to know how to speak Hebrew and be able to live in Israel, I think you're very lucky. Your life seems so adventurous! I just want to get out of here. I'm sick of California. I've lived here far too long. I want to go somewhere far away and different. I envy you.

Hehe, this comment is way better, it's capitalised and all. My life is boring, I can't even find the time to write emails, I practically don't have a life anymore. All I do is study and study and study. I shouldn't whine, I learn a lot of interesting things and I think my French has improved a little bit, but there's nothing adventurous about it.. Hey, you had big fires and all in San Diego, that's way more exciting.

Aww, if you were here you could star in my debut film!

I'll write you about the bulldozer probably tomorrow. I'm planning to get all the homework for tomorrow and the day after done today, so I'd get to go out and breathe fresh air for just a little while. Aw poor me..

אני לא יודעת על איזה דיסק אתה מדבר, אבל אם התכוונת לדיסקמן, הרי שהוא בסדר, אם כי שבור.
