I finally got hold of someone from Western QBE this morning. Trying to sound firm and angry over the phone when you are loosing your voice is very hard. Especially when the person on the other end keeps asking if you're there, interrupting a prearranged speech designed to convey great fury whilst not assigning blame to said person
