No oops, I need to hear the details more than a quick answer. So, thanks! It's good to have a front line perspective.
The writter did not specifiy if the store(s) were Licensed by, or owned by, SBUX. But, there was a time about a year ago that we had a flip flop. The Licensed stores had great cups and the Corps were iffy. Most of the equipment was replaced in all the corp stores in my area of Oklahoma, and the quality is now consitantly tops. Even if the coffee was a tad old, the Barista's would suggest on making fresh coffee to serve to me; and, I will wait for a cup.
I would have never guessed it! Who'd of thought tea in Texas? Anyway, can you answer me a question: Before your store closed/you left SBUX, did they have a policy or procedure for rotating out coffee?
