Bruce isn't sure he'd consider Oliver a friend, though he would certainly consider Oliver friendlier than most. Oliver is a kid that went to the same school as him, travelled in the same world, wasn't overly offensive to Bruce - and then there was that whole island thing, now that was interesting and Bruce Wayne had spent a fair bit of time looking into thatBruce Wayne had spent a lot of time looking into Oliver Queen.
