Summary :: Okay, he thinks. Okay. Okay, so maybe this is a little weird. Or, well, at least it’s certainly something.

He scratches at his scalp and tilts his head curiously, absently wondering if there’s a protocol for this - and then remembers that, oh, right, he’s completely abandoned any and all pretenses of that already.
He’s pretty sure that there is no situation that Byakuran has decreed should ever result in half-naked, handcuffed teenage boys, anyway. (But then again, knowing Byakuran, sometimes you really just never knew.)
And so he mutters a cheerful, “To hell with it,” around his candy, decides that he really doesn’t give a damn, and then looks pointedly at the tiny sprawled figure as if it should come with an instruction manual telling him what to do next.
And then remembers that, whoops, the kid is sort of unconscious, and that that probably just makes this whole mess all the weirder.
Ah well.
It’s still not enough to stop him from staring.
He’s a cute one, too - probably cuter than all of the girls I chased in school. Japan really does do it better.
He looks, but he does not touch - there is no need to, as far as he’s concerned. Granted, he’s already had his hands all over the kid in the process of getting his clothes off and the handcuffs on, but - just - never mind. The point is, there isn’t anything else he needs to learn. Not here. Not yet.
He knows already, and has already made up his mind:
This Tenth Vongola has potential, and he is going to be the one to bring it out.
Spanner sips his green tea, and waits for his latest project to turn on. Wake up.
Whatever.
He just wants to get this party started.
