Not sure, i'll look, but it's much like Medieval:Total War, which was a friggin awesome game. As is Rome.

Ok, try this: http://www.gamershell.com/download_6784.shtml

Though KEEP IN MIND that i'm fairly sure the demo is only the combat, which is only half the game. The strategy of running the empire is more fun in my oppinion. But to get that you'd have to borrow the game or play medieval.

Tell me how it is. Course, I'm as interested in the historical and political spects as I am the gameplay, but gameplay's still important.

It's good, the prologue at least starts off with a bit of history in mind. I like the voice overs, before the battles start they have the "general" give a famous speech to enspire the troops...it's pretty cool. I think they payed a mind to historic fact for this, but you would have to really know your roman history to be sure. Course, you do... ;0)

That I do...that I do.

Still, it;s good to hear, and only reinforces my decision to buy it ASAP.

I'm not sure anymore if the speeches are based on anything or just that they wrote a bunch for the game, but still cool.
