Yeah, seems like this guy is a real idiot. You're going to stand out if you wear camo and ski mask during the day. Its surprising no one saw him walking around.

My dad volunteers doing counseling for people who are opening their own restaurants or have restaurants that are failing. FEMA is wanting to provide more help to people whose businesses are damaged during storms and earthquakes, so they paid for my dad to go to Illinois to get more training in helping people in these situations. Its good for him to be doing something he really enjoys.
