so today started off pretty bad, since i had to be at work at 9...way too early! :(....but i somehow managed to make it through the day. When i got home everyone was sleeping and doing nothing, so i decided to go run.....yes run...in this COLD weather! i ran between 2-3 miles...it felt so good to actually run again! plus i need to get my ass into
