Only the administrators have the ability to completely ban a player from the game. If another player tries to get rid of a PKer on their own, they're just ... PKing. It won't stop the PKer, and it means they're now doing illegal things as well. I don't... I don't want my friends to get in trouble because they tried to stop him. Especially if their efforts are in vain because he's just going to come back....
