Jotaro knows very little about her. She came into Jolyne's party after he was incapacitated, and was already dead by the time he returned. He can tell she is a sincere person, at least, and that she cares a great deal about his daughter. But even then, he finds it difficult to trust her, much less feel comfortable around her.
Noriaki Kakyoin
"The Emerald"
Kakyoin... Oh the people Jotaro traveled with, Kakyoin had the largest impact on hos his life would be shaped. Without words or expectations, the two constantly saved each other's lives. Kakyoin willingly laid down his life so that Jotaro could defeat Dio. Jotaro would have done the same for Kakyoin. Neither ever needed an explanation or an excuse. Kakyoin was... important. And he still is. Even 23 years later, Jotaro looks at him with a certain dear fondness he holds for no one else. Don't ask him to explain it. He can't.

Yuuka Kazami
"The Flower Woman"
He doesn't like her. Her attempts to troll him fail, so he figures she doesn't really like him either. In general, they avoid one another. But good lord would he love to punch that stupid fake smile off of her face. He hates that most of all.
Reimu Hakurei
"The Miko"
Jotaro feels strangely about Reimu. On one hand, she's mostly annoying and squabbles with Yuuka near constantly. On the other, he feels a need to protect her and keep her safe from the psychotic woman, along with whatever dangers may be present. He knows he's projecting his issues as a failed father onto her. And he knows this is wrong. But he just can't help it. She's not Jolyne. She never can be. But they're just too damn similar...

Raivis Galante (Latvia)
"The Stutterer"
Latvia reminds him, to a degree, of Emporio. Of course even Emporio had more balls than Latvia does. Either way, Jotaro tries to help out the kid when he can. He'll make a man out of him.
Olivier Mira Armstrong
"The Proud"
Jotaro respects Olivier. She's not like other women he's known at all. She comes off as someone Jotaro can trust, and that means a great deal of importance to him. Moreover, they are quite similar in their belief of speaking quietly and carrying a big stick.
