today i'm ecstatic. of course if my moodswings are consistant i'll be devestated about some detail of my life tomorrow. but for now i may as well bask in today's happenings. i get to coordinate my own program geared toward lower income diabetics and hypertensive patients that recieve medications from a clinic/soup kitchen/community outreach
