I was trying to explain one of my favorite ways of working with energy to a friend online and promised to post the pics i created to demonstrate it. This can be used, with good visualisation skills and intent, on microcosmic to macrocosmic levels. It is also possible to use the same modality on your self. I would have to print you up a copy. It's not too many pages.. I created the workbook for a workshop i taught at the store i used to own.

I will recreate it in Word... That should work very well and make it something i can send to others easily.

holy water! those photos are awesome!!!
that higher self techinique is also something that cosmic chi kung does. i love the different ways that are out there for connection.
where would i find your workbook? i want to get one!

Hehehe.. I used to do blind taste tests where i would charge up a glass of water and then give people two glasses and have them figure out which one was which. They always new the charged water. "It tastes sweeter", was always the response. :)
