Okay, I admit that I laughed kinda a lot at the image of Mara getting squirted in the face by food. Damn shrimp; gets you every time. ;)

That aside, I did enjoy this fic. I understood Mara's mindset for wanting to refuse Luke, but at the same time, she's being ridiculous. You'd think that she would know that Luke obviously doesn't think the same way she does, and he wouldn't abandon her because of some dark secret.

I feel like that made no sense, so I'm just going to say good job. :D

This is absolutely lovely! In a sad way perhaps. I loved the way Mara gave in one more time despite her fears.
