Well, we've been expecting this for a while, but we got official word today that our trip to Oaxaca is cancelled by the University because of the Swine Flu. On the plus side, I get my money back and the airlines are allowing flight modifications for tickets, so I should be able to get that back as well. On the down side, I needed that as an

It does really suck. Now I have to try to figure out what's happening this summer.

Yeah, this sucks. It totally sucks. Sorry about it. I think I might have to cancel my summer research plans too. I'm waiting to see how things unfold though over the next few weeks.

Ack, this sucks. Adrian had a similar thing happen in 2003-2004, but for different reasons. (Civil unrest.)
