On Supreme Court Decisions

Aaron said this morning that he bets we will get an announcement today that the decision will come tomorrow, and honestly, I have to say there's a really good chance he's right. I doubt they'll wait until the final week (next week) to announce it, and I knew they'd do it during my graduation week, which makes attending ANY of the events impossible

They've updated their website saying that no opinions have been filed for tomorrow.

I bet an unhappy birthday is in store. fuck that.

I was just about to reply saying that. Maybe it will be next Thursday instead - I'm sure they want to enjoy their holiday weekend also.

I also wouldn't be surprised if they wait until the last possible moment, and announce it the first week in June. They have until the 3rd...

The rumor is it was going to be tomorrow, but Newsom requested a delay so it would not coincide with the White Night Riots.
