Investigators say that a woman who confessed to killing 650 cats and dogs is expected to return to Columbus to face criminal charges on Monday.

while mental illness IS a problem, why does it seem to be the answer to everyone's problems?? "oh he did that cuz he's depressed/bi-polar/schitzo" and they never are really punished for what they did? I hate that. if i go crazy some day and kill the stupid people i encounter, can i then say, "oh, well, I was depressed"? i doubt it.
