You are really rude Draco-san!! Fuuko heard that. At least if Fuuko waits out here, more people will see Fuuko and come over to sign Nagisa-san's card! [Though in retrospect, waiting inside might have been a better idea... But then Nagisa-san might have heard everyone coming in and suspected something.]

Nagisa-san could be doing better, her fever is really high! But she's getting lots of bed rest and sleeps most of the time.

[And as Shiki's getting ready to leave the shop for the day, she spots the other girl by the fountain with her supply of crayons and such. She hadn't heard the journal announcement, but she finds the display odd enough to go investigate.]

Fuuko is waiting for people to come and sign this! [Holding out the card towards Shiki with both hands. Look at all those wonderful starfish. Oh, and the dangos. They're pretty important too.]

It's pretty, right? You should sign it too Shiki-san! Nagisa-san would appreciate it if you did.

[She's going to look over the card briefly, smiling slightly at the sight of those starfish.]

You think? ...sure, I'll sign it. Got a pink crayon in that collection somewhere?

Of course, all the signatures will make Nagisa-san feel so much better. It's nice knowing a lot of people care about you like that!

Nagisa-san is really sick and has to stay in bed. Her fever is running really high and she feels pretty weak a lot of the time. Fuuko has been keeping her company.

Apparently Nagisa-san used to get sick like this all the time, which makes Fuuko feel a little better. All she needs is a little more bed rest.
