[As is usual this time in the year, another new feather has arrived. Same white attire they always seem to appear in, same journal all the new Luceti inhabitants are provided with too. However the only difference is this arrival isn't awake to witness anything.

[When Bruce had woken up on the beach, hours earlier, he'd been far south of his current location. A lot of his time had been spent walking and perusing the journal. He'd found mention of the guide and using the maps provided there, he was able to make his position based off the mountains and the horizon. Still in nothing but his New Feather pants, he was making his way towards where the 'teleporter' was supposed to be. There was a lot of troubling information to think about, but for the moment he had a direction

[Hitting the water she instantly sinks below and into the shallow depths, luckily into the arms of her would-be rescuer.

The odd bubble of air escapes through her mouth as she continues to breathe, though being underwater and not being aware of her current situation, she naturally breathes in another short breathe.

Upon being brought up to the surface, Fuuko lays limp. No movement past the slow rising and falling of her chest reacting to her breathing. It isn't the slow paced breathing of a healthy person when they are asleep, or something to that liking however. Every other breathe sounds fairly ragged, and is accompanied by a weak gurgle from the back of her throat.]

[Fortunately she's light and easy to carry. Once he's out of the water, he lays her down on the sandy shore. Although she's breathing for the moment, it's clear by her breaths and gurgles that she inhaled some water into her lungs. Not enough to flood them, but enough to put her at risk . Immediately he begins to administer CPR. He's no doctor (that was his father), but the fact she is breathing but not conscious is strange to him. When the water starts to come up, but she does not cough to free it from her mouth, he has to turn her head to drain the liquid.]

[A more regular pattern of breathing soon returns after a few cycles of providing CPR and tilting her head to let the water dribble from her mouth. Despite her improved breathing however she remains perfectly still. Her eyelids don't flutter in the slightest and her body remains limp on the sand of the shore.

There's no response or anything at all. Simply the sound of her inhaling, and then exhaling. And then the process repeats itself.]

[That girl... She looks really familiar somehow. Nagisa can't put her finger on it though. Huh. In any case, it looks like this is a New Feather, so Nagisa will walk on over.]

U-um, this place is called Luceti! Lots of people from lots of different worlds are brought here. I'm not exactly sure why though...

[Ack-- someone replied! Quickly spinning about she'll face Nagisa and pause. Hello Nagisa, you probably still don't remember me huh? Well, she can get to the whole forgetting thing later, now is not the time!]

Luceti? Fuuko has never heard of a Luceti before! Is Fuuko not still in Hikarizaka then?!

Yes, Fuuko is Fuuko's name! [Oh, perhaps Nagisa does remember then! It can't be the fact she keeps saying her own name or anything, right?] I am also from Hikarizaka.

[Here's another person with green hair, who turns at the sudden shouting. She heads over quickly, not wanting to disrupt others with a further lack of volume control.]

This is a village called Luceti. It's a place where many people from many worlds and times are brought. I know it's a lot to take in at first, but I'll help you. Would you like to come with me to the Welcome Center?

[Someone she doesn't know is suddenly talking to her! Running a short distance away, but still within talking distance so not to shout, she eyes this other green haired person carefully.]

Hmnn...

[Just watching, very carefully. She heard everything that was said, but she's still being very wary...]

[Well. She's used to some wariness from New Feathers, but that's the first time someone's actually run from her. Still, she's not offended. Smiling reassuringly, Rydia remains where she is, letting the girl observe as she wishes.]

I'm Rydia. What's your name?

[Still watching. It doesn't seem like she's a bad person, but she's going to stay exactly where she is.]

Fuuko. [...] Please return Fuuko's possessions! [She's missing her party hat and starfish you see.]

[ Madoka isn't entirely sure what's going on as she watches the little girl run around, but.. when she starts shouting, she surpresses the urge to shriek out of surprise, and instead nods to herself as if to encourage herself. This means she should try to help, right. ]

Um.. You're new, right? This is Luceti.. [ Still a bit awkward, though. ]

[Someone's there! Yelping, she turns quickly and stares.]

This is horrible! Fuuko is not the new one here, it is you who is new to Fuuko! [...] Luceti? [That doesn't sound like Hikarizaka...]

Fuuko..? [ She repeats the name, almost a bit curiously. ] Ah, so it's Fuuko-chan? Nice to meet you, I'm Madoka, Kaname Madoka.

And hmm, Luceti is the name of this place! Did nobody try to tell you yet?

Oh man, Masaomi Kida is so there. In face, he's going to try to get the jump on her after a while. which he doesn't expect to work because she's frantic but oh well]

[So frantic in fact that Fuuko ends up running into him during his attempt! It takes her a second for her to realise this is another person she's currently ran into, but she quickly pushes away with a shriek and runs off a short distance.]
