Would've updated last night, but the internet connection kept breaking. like. three times in a row. Terrible, really! :| Kept halting the photo-uploading process, too, but Photobucket is strangely reliable at times like these, haha. Also, layout change! /o ( Read more... )

Splendiferous pictures, cherie. :) Looks like fun was had.
On the topic of internationally pronouncable names, my mom had the same concerns about my name which is why she gave me her mother's name (Katarina) as opposed to "Milica" (pronounced "MILL-it-sa") because I'd be living in Greece and I should have a name that doesn't change too much across different languages.
Of course she didn't factor English in, and the horrible sound of "ri" when English speakers say my name... Which is why it's Katharine now for most people :P

TIN TIN ♥

Fun (of some sort) was had! :D
That's pretty cool that you were named with the international pronounciation in mind *3* Some people fail to recognise that... Try pronouncing 'Britney' in French >>;
/...thinks about the 'ri'-- aaaahhh you're righttt. I'M SORRY.

SO MUCH TINTIN EVERYWHERE *___* ♥ next time I'll go to the Hergé museum!

Aw, Belgium certainly doesn't seem schizophrenic, just overly creative and wonderful! As long as she ain't seeing hallucinations and delusions of grandeur or experiencing any catatonia, I think she's fine. It may just be a dissociative disorder. Maybe

THE LITTLE LATVIA BOOK IS SO ADORABLE, AAAAAAAH~! ♥ A-And the food. I'm hungry as it is and that's just making my tummy go "FOOD, NOW." Looks like you had a ton of fun, though.

Thanks for all the photos, manu Francija~

It stemmed from a comment my mum made when I came home, "Belgium is a schizophrenic country, it can't decide if it prefers to be Netherlandic or French". But the creative side is definitely there! *-* We just have to wait to get another Belgium, THEN you can decide if she has those things 8D

ISN'T ITTTTT I was having a lot of trouble finding the other Baltic languages for some reason, and there weren't many copies of this book left... .__. --Belgian waffles are actually really good when you have them fresh, but I saw so many people just eating packaged ones, too. Maybe it's a whole food culture. *3*

T-THOSE PHOTOS!! THAT BLUE CAR! Sounds like it was an epic day, yet really busy :P Gah, it's so awkward when people ask you that 'Do you feel more English or French/Spanish/other' question isn't it...My uncle in Spain asks me if I prefer it in Spain or in England EVERY SINGLE TIME I go.

Looks like you were able to do some awesome research for art too! :3
