Hookah Bars in New York City?

Aiming to go to a hookah bar in the city this week, as a precurour to buying a 2 hose hookah.

Anyone know any good ones, in or around the city? So far I'm looking into Karma Lounge in the Village.

Sahara East, down in the East Village.

If you want cheaper hookah bars (and more authentic) head up Steinway Street in Astoria, Queens. Around 28th Ave and Steinway (I think) the hookah places start popping up.

Ah. Sahara East would probably be good then. I'm pretty sure they have cocktails, I can't imagine they wouldn't have beer.
