okay 1) ex-friend for a reason, yes? please feel free to whine, yell, complain, rant, get it off your chest, here or in email (i meant what i said earlier - if it's upsetting you, it's important enough to discuss)
2) move the scale. or tape over the gauge so you can't see it? and yay for taking care of yourself and making healthy and helpful decisions while you're in the right mood to do so!
3) YAY you for going to the gym and doing stuff. also, don't underestimate the aerobic workout involved in cleaning. Sticky dances in your honour now \o\ /o/ \o\ /o/ \o/ /o\ |o/ .o. |o| _o_ \o/
(...okay, i think i just figured out how to make sticky do the YMCA dance!)
*hugs* And if you're thinking about going to see someone, you should probably go. In my experience, it was really hard to make myself get help because part of depression is not being motivated to do things, but... if you keep feeling like this, make yourself go. ♥

*hugs* When was the last time that you felt sane and balanced for any length of time? Really and truly, if you think back on it?
I always read, even if I don't always comment, and I'm worried about you. I think finding someone to talk to would be very good for you.
