I've been playing with this one for a while. I love the idea behind it, but I just can't get the words to say what I want and sound right.

A poignant pause
The things untold
In imaginations home
The novel told in
A sigh, a smile, an
Unshed tear
The feelings shared
In a caught gaze
The space where life happens
Behind the stories that get told
Words aren’t enough
All the ink in the
World runs dry
Trying to tell it all
The stretches of
Monotone, of
Ordinary life between
The action, the
Life-changing
Moments
Here’s to what’s written
Between the lines
The white space words
The unwritten things that fill
Every breath of life
Everything that adds up
To the sum of celebrated
Moments
The pieces given no credit
Though they build the
Cornerstone
