Okay, enough of you asked for explanations to my graph that I'm just making a new post, instead of replying to each one.



From dictionary dot com: Anisotropy - of unequal physical properties along different axes.



The vertical axis is mobility, which is the ease with which electrons flow. The horizontal axis is temperature in Kelvin. The two sets of data points represent the mobility in the x direction and the y direction. At higher temperatures, the anisotropy is obscured as phonon scattering dominates the mobility. At lower temperatures, the phonons are frozen out and the divergence of the two data sets shows different mobilities in the two directions. Hence, anisotropy.
