I quite like icons with text but often struggle to make them because I want to text to pop and very often fail to please myself so your feedback was especially rewarding.

I love icons with text! I don't do well at making them but I really do prefer them.

You make them really well. You might not be satisfied but I'm in awe of your abilities. Just look at 28, the geek one. How do you not giggle your socks off at that brilliant placing?

I must admit I like the geek one myself and pondered on making it my default icon.

Trying to catch up on posts at the mo. I am so behind....
There are loads of real stunners here - but 21!!!! I didn't see that in icontest, did I? It's amazing!!!
How did you convert Jim into graphic like that?

I pondered in entering 21 at the time and figured it was too out there so never bothered. It has had some nice feedback though so maybe I should have. If memory serves me correctly I used Lab Pro for that one.
