i'm frustrated with the volkswagon dealership because phil is always cool and a little snotty with me. i undersatnd that we live in alberta and that it's hard to find anybody to work..i just feel that something like a $35 000 car should come with a little bit of customer service

Which VW dealership are you going to? My friend has had 2 VWs and she says the southside one is known for being totally shitty to absolutely everyone. They pride themselves on being pretentious jerks. They made her cry once (and she is not one of those girls who cries.)

i go to the one on the west end... and they're just as pretentious and jerky... i've heard some bad things about that south side one too.

where do you go for your car needs?
