Wow! Cross-country road trip! It seems like it was a lot of fun, even the sleep deprivation part :P But it seems like something you'd enjoy immensely, and it sounds like you did!

I've never heard of The Ground Round. We don't have them down here in PA. Well, at least in the Hanover/York area. If it's anything like Denny's & Applebees, I wouldn't be too excited to eat there. I used to like Denny's breakfasts, but I haven't been to one since I was a little girl.

Well, I hope you have fun on the rest of your vacation! :D It was great reading your updates again. I missed you ^_^

I am usually tired once Adam and I hit Chicago. Of course we just press on to an hr North of Green Bay where his famiy lives. My least favorite rest stop is in Indiana and I so adore the one just north of Chicago. Kudos to you. 16 hours in a car is all I can do without some rest.

AH GODS now I want to go west. Did you know you are on your way to my old stomping grounds? Too weird...we were just talking about Devil's Tower National Monument in our staff meeting this morning. Ah, to be driving across SD where all you have between you & the horizon are...Wall Drug signs. HA ( ... )
