Okay. If we're going to have fucking cold weather this week, I'm going to try and blow freeze bubbles. My question is, exactly how cold does it have to be for this to work?

ETA: Shit. It's going to be cold, but I don't think it's going to be -13 degrees Fahrenheit. I hope not, anyway!
