Why is life cut so short for many people?

For anyone who knew Gil McLain, or even if you didn't...would you all please keep his family and friends in your prayers. He was killed friday morning on his way to school. He rode a motorcycle and a truck didn't see him, and hit and killed him. He was only 18

kat i am so glad that we have eachother to talk about this. it is a horrible situation, and it is still so surreal. but i love you my dear and i am always here for hugs and support, and i know you are for me too!
