So today I saw one of my ex's and I totally froze. I'm not sure if it was more of a shock that halted me or a sudden rush of emotion overwhelming me to the point that the rest of me couldn't operate. Either way I came home and was looking through things past and found some of my older sort of poetic piece that I know were caused by a lot of anger

Unfortunately i had an almost same encounter with my first love. only when i ran into him he was with his wife and his new baby..>.<;;; I felt my heart drop into my stomach..it was a horrible event...so i know where you are coming from...Relationships....suck..
