LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!! It's absolutely touching and perfect and lovely and..... ugh *feels*
I love how you explain the sharing and use River as the Old Girl's advocate, conning them both into it. She keeps her boys in line because she loves them and wants them to sleep well. *sniffle*
The way you use Ten's perspective to illustrate how River and the Doctor soothe one another to sleep compared to how they are without each other is absolutely brilliant. And how she comforts him as well? I can't even.
I'm finding a place for this in my headcanon even if I have to write an excuse for them to all end up there together myself! :)

concrit/typos:
describing Eleven as the dark-haired Doctor confused me a bit as to who was doing what at first, because DT and MS's hair color isn't all that different IMO. just thought I'd mention it.
"where his previously w*o*ndering arm wrapped around her"

FANTASTIC story! I really hope the plotbunnies get hopping and give you more to write on this, it's just so perfect! <3

WOW! If you do find a good excuse for this, please, let me read it, because I would find that insanely entertaining! You made me chuckle like a crazy with the thought you're going to rearrange your head canon just to fit this in it! That's magnificent!

Off to fix the typos- Thank you so much :)

I sincerely hope those plotbunnies get a-hoppin', because this was so fun to write, and I really do wish to continue, ideas permitting!

::packs up truckloads of carrots to mail you in hopes that they will attract swarms of plotbunnies that will procreate like rabbits, metaphorically drowning you in little fluffy ideas::

I shall sit patiently in my seat, hands folded nicely in front of me by the computer, waiting for their arrival ;)
