ill go back to blonde when i can afford to get a professional dye job .. to go blonde from a box could be disasterous, considering how dark my hair is right now.
yeah, I've never had any luck going back to blonde out of a box...in fact, it's resulted in the worst dye jobs I've ever had. and then I dye over them with black andor leftover purple. and then I am never able to stop dying my hair. it's a vicious cycle.
Be careful tho' kate..if you really want to go back blonde. Dark dyes and red dyes are brutal for a hairdresser to professionally remove. I know. Last year i had this awesome little art-fag haircut (you know, the kind that looks like those whorish wigs - a bob with short bangs), and I dyed my entire head burgundy/black. It looked good for a day, until the dye started to run out. Then I had to figure out what to do, as I needed to apply for work, and I certainly couldn't do it looking like i did. I tried dying it myself, and it only made it worse. so, i finally went to a hair stylist, and spent 6 hours!!! in the chair, while she stripped all the colour from my head, and redyed it. it cost like $200!!
