LOL No they don't say that in Jersey. I have a friend who lives here now who's from the bay area. The word hella has rubbed off on me from him. :-P

Yea, when I went to this diner in NJ, I was with my ex best friend and his boys and I was telling them a story, and I kept on saying "hella". And they stopped me and straight up said, "Yo... what's wit dis 'hella'? We don't say that ova hea." hahhahaha...

So basically, I had to tell them that the word "hella" is to me... as "mad" is to them.
