To whomever it may concern,
I shall be arriving in LAX at 9:30pm on Wednesday, November 23, and departing at 12:15pm Sunday November 27.
This is the place in the letter that I must ask for a ride to and back from the airport, because otherwise, the whole trip is moot, seeing as I would be just a little stuck.

If no ride materializes, the hotel does have a *free* shuttle.

PS: We are not arriving utill Friday, so we can't pick you up.
However, we are departing on Monday, so if no one else chimes in, we can give you a ride on Sunday.

If all else fails, it should be possible to get a cab, assuming you have pocket money. (Which you really ought to when you're 3000 miles away from home. :) )
