Well I have dont a little research but far from enough. Today I am taking myself off the beta blockers to see how I feel. I am a little shakey at the minute but will see if I can cope.

Well what a couple of days. Sometimes life takes some unexpected turns, things happen and you cannot understand why. I have had to come to the conclusion that why does not matter, or how or when. I have taken everything as done, now I have to come to terms with what I have learnt.

From this point forward my journal will be friends only.

I write my journal for my own empty head process. My friends read this as a way to stay in touch. However the number of strangers who feel the need to read and comment has increased.

So if this looks like the end, it isn't, it's just that you cannot see the rest.
